How we work.
Four rules, and what happens when an article names you.
Nothing here is for sale
No ads, no sponsored stories, no paid placements. Being featured is free, and it always will be. Have something worth a story? Tell us.
Public sources, and you
We write from what anyone can find: agency pages, industry bodies, awards, published interviews. And if the story is yours, you are the best source there is. We check every fact before it goes out.
Professional life only
Some articles name the people involved: an agent, an auctioneer, a conveyancer. We write about their work, never their private life. No client names, no complaints or disputes, no rankings.
Your story, your say
If an article names you, you have the last word on it. Add to it, correct it, or ask us to take it down. How it works.
How an article gets made
- The subjectA question readers ask, a rule that changed, a person worth writing about.
- The sourcesPublic records and published material, gathered and read first.
- The draftWritten with the help of AI tools, then checked line by line against the sources.
- The extrasA table, a chart or a diagram wherever it explains better than a paragraph.
- After publicationMistakes are fixed and the article says when it was updated.
It’s your story. Make it better.
Add what we missed, fix what we got wrong, or tell us more and we will complete the article with you. And if you would rather not appear, say so and the page comes down.
