Short version: no cookies, no trackers, no mailing list. If we write about you, you can have the page corrected or removed within 24 hours.

01Who we are

Queensland Estate is a magazine about Queensland property. This policy explains what personal information we handle and why. The publisher is named in our terms of use.

02If you read the site

We set no cookies and load no third-party trackers, advertising scripts or social media pixels. We do not build profiles of readers.

03If you contact us

When you use a form, we receive what you type: your name, email address and message. We use it to reply and for nothing else. There is no mailing list.

04If an article names you

Articles that name a person are written from public professional information, as set out in our How we work page.

Away from the public page, we keep a minimal record: your name, firm, the public source used, and the status of the page. It is stored privately and never published or shared.

If you ask for removal, the page is deleted and we keep only what is needed to make sure we never write about you again.

05Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests in order to deliver pages.

06Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. We act within 24 hours for anything published on the site.
